After some time searching out a solution for creating a graphical menu in Drupal that has cascading flyout submenus, I ended up creating my own by writing some custom CSS to go with the Nice Menus module. Because of the time it took, and the interest I got from people on IRC in seeing the final solution, I have posted a handbook page with sample files so you can try it out yourself.
Not completely sure what a graphical menu with cascading flyouts IS? check the example link on the handbook page (1st paragraph).
